  • ** Please book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

    **We rent all of our items on a daily basis at borrowshop using a self-service access system.  Customers will need to arrive at our location with a suitable vehicle to pick up and load their own orders with, as well as return the items to our shop when they are due back.

    Pick-up:

    1) Select your products and rental period.

    2) After you checkout and agree with our terms, you'll receive an email with your access code and instructions on how and where to pick up your items.

    3) Pick up day: Grab your rental items anytime from 10:00am-7:00pm on your pick up date.

    Returns/drop-offs:

    1) On the date your rental items are due back, you will return to the same location and use your same access code to securely return your rental items.

    2) Return day: Return your rental items anytime before 7:00pm on your return date.

  • Accidents can happen, and we understand that. If you accidentally damage a rented item, please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may incur additional charges up to the replacement cost. We'll assess the damage and discuss the cost with you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement during checkout for specific terms and conditions regarding damage. For lost items it will require payment of the listed replacement fee on the item at the time of placing your order. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience, and we appreciate your honesty in reporting any issues.

We needed three tables and 40 chairs for a last-minute gathering. The price was the best of all the places I searched. Placing the order online was as simple as you can get. As for the process of getting the items to my home, it was SEAMLESS. We picked up our own items (“we” being my husband ). Not a single hiccup. The staff was very responsive and friendly. The instructions for pick-up and drop-off were clear and easy to follow. When I say it was a stress-free process, I mean it. I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else for entertainment items.
